At long last my cabin heater is operational. Those Espar heaters are a little too "safe" and have all kinds of relays and sensors etc. I had come to the end of my rope and was going to scrap it and try another style of heater. However after some good advice from a guy who really knows about these things, success. I pulled and drained the tank, rewired it with a new power supply and fuse, cut off all the quick connects and soldered all connections, remounted the relays and generally cleaned up the wiring. I cruised it for about 3 hours this afternoon in a t shirt, so far so good.
