they also have anti-virus for the same price...

I use pop up blocker (POW) from www.analogX.com. WOrks very well but it must be trained somewhat... Been using it over three years... look in the "Network Utilities" area.

Also try Ad-Aware from Lavasoft. That cleans out all spyware and bad cookies too. Same price as above...

And for online real time free antivirus...
