Was a very short one. Exactly 15,88 km's.

Wheater forecast was dry sunny spells. So it was a little hazy when we got at the Marina. Anxious to try out my new Magellan we decided to go as sight was reasonable. Out is became clear that just in a few minutes we were totally lost. Not a dense fog but we couldn't see any landmarks at all to decide where we were going. So execellent to try out the new toy. Worked perfect . Just changed the zoom rate a couple of times and we know where we where and were going to. As boating and not seeing any thing isn't much fun we decided to go back. Before we started we got an unexpected nice comment from two couples two slips away they watched us make the boat ready to go out and in English they said: You guys are a very professional team. Don't know if it were Brits or Americans I think Brits. They have a brand newe 245. But were gone when we returned. After a couple of hours the sun arrived and as the backing in went super and the beer tasted good we had still a nice afternoon. The first 325 is in the water here and that story maybe will be continued! :)

Hoi Raul,

Goede middag, maandag

Glad to hear you had a good time your first time out this year. I was showing
some friends the pictures of your Marina there, and they can not get over just
how large that it is with all the property along the waterway ....

I gave the dealer here all the flyers I had gotten for each Bayliner there at the
Holland Sports Boat Center. He thought that it was funny that everything is in
Dutch, but all the prices are in $$US.

I contacted ATT and asked why your e-mail is being rejected, and they said
they will check into it and get back to me.

Don't drink ALL the Heineken this summer, save me some ....

Ik spreek je nog

Very nice Roel.

It sounds like your season has started off perfectly. Glad to hear your new GPS is working well. It makes you wonder how you ever lived without one huh?

Thanks all,

The Garmin handheld I had mounted on the boat would bleed in bright sunlight. It also couldn't load a map. Was only one or two years for sale.and is dicontinued already for a couple of years. Use it as a spare now.
Al, at first I also was surprised when I saw the prices of the boats in US dollars. But is rather logic with the frequent changes of the values of currency from his point of view he never is the looser!. This way it's very atractive to watch the dollar euro difference.
When I boat the 265/275 last year I clocked at 1,17. If I waited half a year it would have been 1,30. So it's real gambling time! Next purchase maybe, be a 325. and than a radar perhaps? But there is one big problem I for see and that's the trade in. I am afraid off due to that same dollar euro conversion I will loose on the trade in price a substantial lot for the first time.
