Xm installed along with one of those GI Joe LED lights in the cubby hole. Antennae wire is temporarily laying out. Ran wire down from overhead behind rat cloth along the stbd side. Removed table and radio box. Drilled a hole in the side of the cubby hole for antennae access and now done... Nice clean install. Also, not shown in pix is the remote control which I now will be able to adjust channel and volume from the drivers seat... yea baby!!!

Since this Delphi XM unit has its own internal antennae, I can remove it from the boat cradle and use it away from the boat as well.

Doug,

Can't see in the pic very well but did you put the antenna lump on top of the
anchor light? I'm getting ready to install XM on my rig and that looked like
a good place to me also.

Pete, yes, it sits right on top. I'l try for a better shot next time... I think it is the perfect place for it, above the radar so it does not get blocked being so far north Latitude...

Doug,

Cool! I was concerned about radar interference also. Now I've got to work out
exactly where to put the stereo, speakers and XM control. Don't have a lot of
choices in this lil Trophy.
