now my house bank consists of 4 6v Interstates. Should be good to be away from shore power for a while now. :) Question is the proper way to hook up my charger. Attached is how i think. Can someone confirm?

Had to do a double-take on that... but yes it's correct. (thought you had 24V initially) :)

Maybe add a battery switch(1,2,both, off) where the the two positives. come together, so you could isolater each 12v bank?

That would also let you manage some "reserve" if you were on the hook for awhile.
