Still working on the 2.5 MERCURY... Applied sandable primer after glass beading and removing the corrosion. May have time this weekend to paint. I'm replacing the prop that is why it is still on the leg (it keeps the leg off the horse).

I already painted the transom tilt but it needs a couple more coats.

Yeah... he thinks it's an Evinrude... he's painting the leg Johnson White and he's got a Merc powerhead on it :)

It's too bad I sold the "Little Johnson That Could" with the boat... we could've done some racing I suspect. ("The FireCrackle 2.5HP and Under Drags" ... Coming to Friday Harbor this summer...)

Motor looks good. I still haven't spent the GC. I'll be glad to swap 'er out with ya for the motor...when yer done, that is! Let me know if'n yer not happy with the deal.
