Try this one !

Make up some balls of dough prior to the trip. Baseball size. Wrap them in plastic wrap and store them in the fridge.

When your ready, heat up the grill nice n hot and lay the fresh dough on the grill....it will brown in about two minutes. Turn the dough over
and put on a thin brush of BBQ sauce. Add cheese and cover with
sun dried tomotoes (or fresh ones)....add fresh basil leaves to cover.
Another layer of cheese please........wait two minutes (covered) and you have an GREAT PIZZA. You can mess around with the recipe by adding any kinds of meat/seafood.

SPUD...this is one of my wifes favorite camping/boating meals! We usually find shrimp up in the San Juans to top it off. Daughter loves to make her 'own' pizza.

Spud,

Either your Italian, or you sent some time there. You have described a nice
Margharite pizza, very popular along the Amalfi coast .... 8)

Sauce, fresh tomato, fresh basil and some mozz cheese .... http://www.websmileys.com/sm/drink/trink04.gif
