Yup, this website has an unofficial (just like everything else here) Miss IBNW, Tonya Harding.

You'll have to ask some of the founding fathers of IBNW how Ms. Harding was selected. Probably had something to do with integrity, presentation, personal appearance, criminal record, beer consumption, and a good left jab or a right cross.

I don't recall any recent attempts to unseat our Miss IBNW. Any contender would probably withdraw because she would like to keep her knees intact. :joker:
