Mike,

My boat is back from the place that made the custom canvas covers.
They did a real good job on the mooring cover, especially where they
put flaps w/velcro over the cleats. They added some blue trim on the
flaps around the border to match the stripe on the boat. (picture below)

To avoid any conflict on the original Flamingo pix, we have come up
with another which is NOT copyrighted and has NO registration as
a trademark. I will e-mail you the pix and other info ....

For now, could you come up with something easy to read as follows:
The Lazy Flamingo
I sent you a pix of where it is going on the boat ..

Royal Blue w/Grey drop shadow
3" x 48" to 54"

Could you see what it looks like in:
** Engravers MT
** Kristen ITC
** Veranda

I will let you know the registration numbers as soon as everything
is installed and I register the boat. We are putting the VHF radio,
antenna, compass, CD player, GPS unit and Lowrance depth sounder
in this week.

Mike,

Forget the drop shadow, not enough height for it to be effective ... :(

Can you try the name in: Kristen ITC and also Veranda
If you do not have the fonts, I can send them to you .... 8)

Could you let me see it as follows:
The Lazy Flamingo
( up to 54" available )

Thanks,
Al

heymagic,

You mean like this ?
http://www.geocities.com/roomnl/IBNW/pink_name1.jpg

Mike,

One question ...
You keep putting Lazy Flamingo, can you put The Lazy Flamingo
( three words ) I think the three words will look better because of the
length. I am still trying to re-do the new Flamingo image into vector
or PNG graphic but am having problem in change of color seperation.

With the pink that you picked up, did they also supply you with the
RGB color numbers of that pink ? (red - green - blue)
Or the folllowing color seperations for the pink: Hue: - Sat: - Lum:

I want to bring it up on Adobe or Paint Shop Pro to see what pink you have.
I am just wondering what pink would look like with a darker pink border.

If you can do borders by RGB, here is what I have in mind, if not, no problem.
Your pink with the following border:
RGB: 138 / 0 / 138
Hue: 200 / Sat: 240 / Sat: 65

NO... I do not do RGB separations.

The Pink I have is Avery A612-0-A (Deep Pink). The RGB numbers are 255/140/184.
