Yesterday we watched the memorial day's visit of President Bush at Margraten in the South of our country, he was accompanied by the Queen and our prime minister.

Margraten is one of the biggest World war II war cemeteries in Europe there are buried 8001 American soldiers. Very special is that all graves are adopted by local families from starting in 1944 until to day.
It was attended by a lot of Us veterans too!

Later on the day there was a big parade mostly with Canadian veterans in Apeldoorn the town they liberated! All of it was very impressive and it shows the gratitude of a Nation for it's liberation and the liberators!

I wonder what you guys have seen of it on TV?

won't be on tv unless it is on Fox... Now if it was a democrat pres... then there'd be 24 hr coverage....

I saw that he was headed over there but nothing since then.
