I got this from an email from my sister....so I don't know the authenticity of this email.....but it is an interesting email to read.....enjoy...... :argh arrr







You really should be sitting down when you read this one.


Gold Star Mothers is an organization made up of women whose sons were killed in military combat during service in the United States armed forces.



Recently a delegation of New York State Gold Star Mothers made a trip to Washington, DC, to discuss various concerns with their elected representatives.


According to published reports, there was only one politician who refused to meet with these ladies.



Can you guess which politician that might be?



Was it New York Senator Charles Schumer? Nope, he met with them.



Try again.



Do you know anyone serving in the Senate who has never showed anything but contempt for our military?



Do you happen to know the name of any politician in Washington who's husband once wrote of his loathing for the military? Now you're getting warm! You got it!



None other than the Queen herself, Hillary Rotten Clinton. She refused repeated requests to meet with the Gold Star Mothers.



Now, please don't tell me you're surprised. This woman wants to be President of the United States --- and there is a huge percentage of Voters who are eager to help her achieve that goal.



May you sleep in peace always.and please...hug or thank a Veteran for that privilege.

Don't forget, our girl, Hillary Rodham Clinton, as a New York Senator, now comes under this fancy congressional Retirement and Staffing Plan.



It's common knowledge that, in order for her to establish NYS residency, they purchased a million+ dollar house in upscale Chappaqua, NY.



Makes sense.



Now, they are entitled to Secret Service protection for life.



Still makes sense.



Here is where it becomes interesting. The mortgage payments hover at about $10,000 per month. BUT, an extra residency had to be built within the acreage in order to house the Secret Service agents.



The Clinton's now charge the Secret Service $10,000 monthly rent for the use of said Secret Service residence and that rent is just about equal to their mortgage payment, .......meaning that we, the tax payers, are paying the Clinton's mortgage, their transportation, their safety and security, their 12 man staff, and it's all perfectly legal.

The American Gold Star Mothers organization also responded with a stronger refutation of the rumor:
At the time this allegation was made Senator Clinton was not even in her office. These allegations were not initiated by the Gold Star Mothers that Senator Clinton would not see them. This is a fabricated report picked up by an individual using the Gold Star Mothers as an instrument to discredit Senator Clinton.

Four Gold Star Mothers and a Vietnam veteran made an appointment with Senator Clinton at a later date and were very well received. Photographs were made with Senator Clinton and she presented each one with a signed proclamation paying tribute to the American Gold Star Mothers.

We regret any embarrassment this may have caused Senator Clinton and her staff and would like to move beyond this issue and continue the positive volunteer work which we willingly and graciously provide for the veterans and their families and support of other Gold Star Mothers. American Gold Star Mothers are a strong group of women who have sacrificed sons or daughters in conflicts to preserve the freedom that we enjoy. We do not need mischievous gossip and unfounded lies to promote our organization. Please help stop it now.

and while you're intent on the bashing...there is a boatload of elected officials who bought houses to get into districts they could win in...try Cheney or Bush...both of whom will have secret service protection for life...

That was a fiasco within itself. Nice posh area that has always enjoyed
privacy. When Hillary and Slick Willy were in house, neighbors could not
even entertain without getting a required approval of their guests from
the Secret Service first.

That sucks when you move into a posh area, and can't even invite who
you want into your own home without a background check on them, and
a car search when they arrived.

Hillary and Slick Willy were also told in a round about way they were not
welcome on Martha's Vineyard after their 1st vacation there because of
all the commotion it caused local residents.

They should have bought the Alcatraz property, then they can have

I don't think it's anything near as bad as that Al. I lived in Hawaii and we had Presidential motorcades drive right past with pretty good regularity. I'm sure Crawford Texas hasn't changed a whole lot since GW took office. :P

Yes it was, especially in the beginning. I saved some articles about it,
and when I find the info, I will send it to you. Same goes for vacations
on Martha's Vineyard.

I have family who has property there, and Edgertown was in almost a
lockdown while clinton was there.

The ranch in Crawford is huge, out of the way ....
Edgertown, Martha's Vineyard is a tiny touristic resort ....

The house they bought in NY did cause problems for the neighbors on
either side of their house, houses in back, and across the street.
The Secret Service checked every car and delivery truck going on the
street, and the people in them, but that would be for any President.
For awhile, some people did not want the hassel, so they stopped their
entertaining ....

Remember Hillary assuring New Yorkers:
She "only" wants to represent them as their Senator, and that
she has "no intention" of seeking the nomination or running for
President, and that will come back to haunt her, watch ....
She's been planning for a run for a long time ... who she trying to kid ?

I grew up not 75 miles from there... Little town called Teague, TX

Bush owns 1,600 acres outside Crawford.. kindof hard to imagine that overflowing much onto a town of 600 people. :) That's not even 3 sections of land... not even a "real" ranch in that part of the world. :)
