Is there any good crabbing around Friday Harbor- Want to just take the dink out to check the pots or is it a wast of time?

Go near high tide (2 hours after max height) right outside the harbor on the right side off the shore. 50 feet of water. Drop em. Go back in for
2 hours, return, haul and voilla you got em.
