My old boat is for sale again. I keep in touch with the new owners and they are considering stepping up in size.

That was my only condition on the sale of my last boat. I wanted to take the name off her as I finished the last of the detailing before turning it over. I didn't wanna see it on Craig's List somewhere (or eventually out on the Sound)

I don't mind. I think it's kind of cool knowing she's still out there. Granted she's still taken care of. My Dad's old Sailboat is on Portage bay, the "Icelander" it looks awful and neglected. So that's tough to see, but it is what it is.
