We haven't had any discussion on this thread for quite awhile, so how about everyone putting in their two-bits worth of guessing who will be the dem and rep candidates for president.
I suspect Obama will be the demo candidate and Rudy will be the republican candidate. Fred Thompson is a question mark, but he certainly has public exposure through TV and I wouldn't be surprised if he would end up with the nomination. If Obama is the demo nomination, he may end up being president. What are your thoughts?

.........this is a slippery slope.
Can't we talk about religion?
I'm hoping John McCain gains momentum, but I have a feeling the Demos will win due to the unpopularity of the Iraq war.
I'd rather see Obama than Hillary. I'm not sure I can put up with that shrill voice barking at us for 4 years

Obama and Huckabee won the Iowa caucuses Hmmmm. It's interesting to see the media coverage of this state's presidential candidate selection. Iowa isn't very representative of national demographics yet the media was salivating over the results. Iowa has an aged, low percent minority population. I don't think Huckabee will be the republican presidential candidate. Obama maybe. Also, I wouldn't want to be a campaign worker for Hillary today!!!! Could be ugly.
