I have a Pro Mariner Flyback 15-3 charger (specs: Three Outputs
Will independently charge three, 12V batteries - condition, de-sulfate, deep charge to 14.6, & float at 13.3 (field adjustable) (quick switch to Gel Cell 14.1/13.8).
Certified to CE, Ignition Protected and U.L. 1236 Marine.
Full output from 90-270VAC and 45-440 Hz.
Current rating is the nominal average return to heavy-duty marine batteries. Any one or all three outputs. Promatic 30-3: 30 amps (2.4/2.5 VPC)

This Flyback 15-3 from what I read, is suppose to be able to charge up to three batteries at a time. I know it can do "gel" also, just not sure if it is automatic like the lead cells or not or if that also means that it can charge the newer AGM batteries?

Question is: Has anyone mixed batteries? I'm thinking of keeping my standard wet cell 1000 CCA for starting (#1) and a gel cell or AGM for deep cycle (#2 house).

Inquiring minds want to know...
