winterize Jabsco manual pump

I was wondering if any of you use rv anti freeze in the manual pump on your boat. My pump developed a crack in the upper valve where the pump handle enters the pump. I don't know how it got cracked. I know there is water inside the upper valve. If I use rv anti freeze to winterize the pump, what will it do to my plastic black water holding tank as I use enzymes to treat the tank.

Use the RV antifreeze in your pump, or you'll end up replacing the pump if it freezes. The RV antifreeze won't hurt the blackwater tank at all. RV antifreeze is propylene glycol which won't hurt the bacteria or enzymes in your tank.
