OK, it looked like it would do a good job and it was on sale... so I tried Kaboom for removing rust stains around the normal low quality bayliner ss screws... I tried CLR before and had to use a blade to remove the rust stain. Kaboom actually worked. I let it sit for about 5-10 mins and used a small nylon brush to clean it away, rinsed the area with water and all the rust came off with no residue what so ever... So, I am sold on the stuff... smells bettter than CLR also...
I used it on the bilge in mine as well... good stuff. You're right about the smell too. Not as harsh. Ya gotta try that 30 Seconds stuff. AMAZING Stuff!
I'm on my 4th gallon around here :)

There is just somthing wrong with using a product called KABOOM in the bilge
Lowes as well as Ace Hardware has it. The ingredients say Bleach & TSP as only active ingredients, but they must be able to sell it in a higher concentration as a cleaner or something. It'll sure ruin a shirt in a heartbeat. :)

What do you think about using it to clean Trex decking? Ted :D
It's probably awesome... but alas... I only have an ancient cedar piece-o-crap deck :)

Just wondering if you thought that it would harm the color of the boards. Ted :D
