Getting to the bottom of my list of "Things To Do"

Today I got the "Quartz Engine Hourmeter" installed. I decided
to install it in the lower part of the dash above the clock. Perfect cut,
no cracking .. :)

Next was to bolt on the "StingRay Hydrofoil Stabalizer" and
finish installing Lowrance transducer, perfect. no mistakes .. :)

Next for ha ha's, I posted a little sign leading to the bow ..
I just used a little 2 sided tape in the 4 corners

Last, a mechanic went over the wiring on the engine to make sure
all was ok .. no problems found .. :)

The only thing left to do basically is put the "Keel Guard" on, and
with that done, we will have it out for the 1st time we estimate now
around the end of the 1st week in June .. 8) :)

LF--The hour meter, transducer and hydrofoils look great. I like your digital hour meter. Much easier to read than my hour meter with tiny numbers.

cool job with the meter and foil...but be careful...I've heard that they can crack the cavitation plate....not sure how true it is since I've never owned one..but that's the story....
best of luck with the new toy.... :argh arrr

I had one on my 2355. They're a waste of money on a boat that size, but on a smaller boat you might see some benefit. Mine were on when I bought the boat, and un-installed them several times, and never felt any difference either way. I suspect if they worked, Merc would be all about selling drives with bigger cavitation plates.

Just keep an eye on them. You can break the ears off your cav plates with them.
