Ok, I understand about the blower, what it does and where it will be mounted but I don't understand about the Bilge Pump...

I thought I had taken pics of every inch of my boat so I can study it and learn about it but I can't find the pump in any of the pics. The Admiral says that when I am hauling the boat down the road there is a stream of water comming out of the side of the boat so I am guessing it's somewhere where I can't see it so how can I check it out to make sure it's in good condition or even what it looks like?

...just trying to learn.

On your boat I will bet the pump is located under the engine, in the rear bottom of the bilge. You might try taking a mirror and see if you can find it under the engine. If you had water coming out the side of the boat it probably means water was sitting somewhere in the boat. When it was hooked up to the tow vehicle it ran to the back of the bilge, tripped the float switch on the bilge pump and the pump started pumping out the water.

I'll try that, thanks.
