V700 Windlass on a 2655

Have not seen any info on installing a windlass on a 2655
Now I know why, bit of a bearcat.
Here is how I did it.

Nice clean install. In the first pict there is a gray area on the deck. Was there some type of white plate or did you cut out deck surface of the gray area then replace it before bolting down the windlass? Good job.

The channel for the chain ran right past the inside bulkhead of the locker.
I drilled few 3/8" holes, then sealed it with resin before filling it in with the grey marine filler.
This allowed for a flush area to mount the winch in order to seal it from the elements.
