I know its been said before about Weaver Industies but......
Weaver Davits Gets it

So after washing the boat up after the OLY trip i noticed that the Davit Pads on my Dingy were cracking and starting to seperate from the Dingy.
I sent an email to them on friday evening before the long weekend describing the issue they called me today tuesday after the long weekend to confirm the adress that I wanted the Replacement Pads sent.

I spent more time thanking him and talking to him about his companys great reputation in customer service and how much it is appriciated.

That's a very true statement Bob. I REALLY think that American business will come down to that eventually. "GETTING IT", is something that many companies have lost over the years. Money can't buy the kind of advertising that comes from someone so motivated by their dealings, that they take the time to tell the world what they think.

I know of NO ONE who has a bad thing to say about Weaver Industries... and in the boating world, that carries a lot of weight. Glad they helped you out. That story sounds a lot like the CharBroil customer service. Another bunch that "Get's It" (and my business).
