I wonder if you checked "off" for PM.
I was trying to PM Erik and Kristen and it doesn't appear I can PM, just e-mail

Did your new adjustments kill the PM feature?

Actually... (try it now)

You may have noticed a "Verified User" level under your name.

I created that to put people I actually know in a status above a plain old "registered user".

It's a manual process, but if I ever lost control of the spam... I could shut off posting for non-verified folks (ordinary "registered" users")

Have ya noticed the LACK of spam lately?

I finally through them off our trail I think. :D
