The new shipment of IBNW and BOC burgees is in.

If you're interested they can be purchased at:

IBOATNW BURGEES (http://www.aplusmobilegraphics.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_16&products_id=18)

I order these a couple of times a year, but there's a 3-4 week backlog on them. I'll place another order once these start to look like they're getting low.

My order for the burgee, along with coffee mugs, is on the way, Mike.

Thanks!

I just realized I forgot to send you a picture of my boat. Can you use my avatar or do you want me to send you a picture attachment in an email?

Also, can you make the name on the mug: Kids' Tuition ? Thanks.

Yeppers Tony.

I'll use the picture you sent. I'll print the cups this weekend, and the burgees are supposed to be here by the end of next week.

Wasn't paying attention and Johnny got my last BOC burgee as well. :)

Hopefully as this Club thing kicks off, people will want more. (btw... your membership will be reduced since you already have a burgee)

I need to make a Bow stantion so I can fly a burgee. My Bow railing is odd with my NAV lights built into the railing.

Don't scrimp when you buy one. I bought a cheap one ($25 or so) on my last boat... the damned thing snapped at around 40mph and came back and SMACKED the windshield. Didn't break it... but wow it sure sounded close.

I have a nice heavy rail mount on mine now. Probably cost $75 if memory serves. Really nice and heavy though.

I totally agree with SS. The burgee is high quality and heavy. It will snap the lighter clamp on type at 34 mph. Cost me 1/4 boat buck to figure that one out. It is really nice to have the burgee up front to help with determining wind direction for docking. My neighbor at the marina has a 260 with the nav lights on the bow rail. It is kind of an odd placement by Sea Ray but I am sure there must be way to mount a burgee.

Yeah... they're great on the bow. I leave mine all the time now and it is real handy to just a cross wind on approach.

Luckily... it doesn't get as much speed on this 2859 as I had on the 2355 8)

I'm going to have my buddy mill me one up I think. I want it to be stout and look good.

I hate to recomend Worst Marine, but their SS clamp and staff was as cheap as anybody online.

Also I've owned my burgee from Mike for over 3 years and it looks brand new!

You can see in this picture my Bow railing with the nav lights. I want to make a bracket that will allow the Mast to Mount behind it and be mounted to the flat plate that's holding the lights.

I'd look at buying a smaller footprint nav light and drill a hole in the plate behind that new nav light and mount a stainless steel pole. Piece of cake... BTW, what were you doing behind me??? You're always out in front...

What I was going to do is mimick the plate as it is now, leave the NAV light, but extend the plate aft for a spot the mast can be mounted to.

That's when we left Maple Bay and you and Don had a head start. I was nice following that day, so nice and calm.

Here's one with you guys following

OK. I've received 25 new burgees if anyone is looking for one. As usual, they're the highest quality you'll find. Very heavy ripstop 600 denier fabric. Double-stitched and built to last.

Wow. Sure has changed around here. I hope I still have posting privileges. I guess we'll see when I hit the submit button. There are still some places I can't go including the home page.
-Might be by design but just an fyi....
Anyway, just pinging you Mike as I ordered a burgee awhile back and have been patiently waiting for you to order some new ones.
-Wish you all the luck with your new club....
See ya out there :argh2

Not that much has changed Jack.

There are still some places I can't go including the home page.

I'll check that for ya. Shouldn't be any areas you can't get to other than the one Club area. What section are you having problems getting to?

I've still got your check sitting here on the counter Jack. I'll get that out to ya tomorrow.

When I click on the home link (above the Photo Gallery link), I get this:

Ssounder, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
It's OK with me if it's by design. I just liked the home page for a quick scan of new posts....

That one is weird. That link isn't a forum at all, just a link back to the IBOATNW home page (instead of the forums).

Have you tried logging out and back in? I can't think of why it would be blocking that one link.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? I bumped many people (you included) to "verified user" trying to get around the spammers (I know you're not a spammer), but don't see why that would lock that one.

Try going directly to it: www.iboatnw.com (http://www.iboatnw.com/forum/www.iboatnw.com)

Mike,
Don't mean to be a pain, but was I suppose to get something in the mail with my membership?

Yep. I'm still trying to get the membership packages together.

If anyone asks... just show them the secret handshake. :)

Mike, had that happen to me also some times in the past but like Jack says try it another time and it's gone! Other strange thing I encounter is, by no means I can my pay my $ 50 by using my credit card. Still have my burgee I got as a present from Stompor for my contribution to the final design of the burgee! :)
