I think we all need to sit back and have a nice glass of wine an realize why we come here..... Good people, boaters and friends.
You all are a great group of people. I have learned a lot from you over the years. Thank you.

Actually, we are in a covered slip in La Conner. We were offered a 50ft covered slip in Everett but we couldn't find anyone to sublease so we let it go. We were hoping another party would alternate between the two slips.

Remember 10 years ago, covered moorage in the ports were out 10-15 years... no more. We were on the waiting list 1 year.

Jerry has our name down in Edmonds and if that slip come up he will try harder to find a subleaser. La Conner and Edmonds are our 2 favorite places.

POE really shortened the list a couple of years ago. We waited for 6 years to get a 36' open then we only waited a year for a 40'.
POE raised the deposit from $100 to $300 and charges I thinks $10 ayear to say on the list. Alot of people got off fast on the bigger slips!

Ok so I got it wrong...............linedog is going to Heymagic's slip and and Gene is going to linedog's slip in Gig, ya thats the ticket, ya, ya that's it ya! :lol:
