So I took off exhaust manifolds and risers. They have to be replaced. I need a complete set for 1997 350 chevy (MerCruiser) motor. Motor has FWC system installed but maniforlds and risers are raw water cooled.
Manifolds have BQ52 and 87114 2CA marking. Riser blocks do not have any markings, they are 3" tall, 4" wide and 4.5" long. Elbows have 4K25Yc markings, they go into exhaust pipe 4" wide.

I found couple of places with good prices. There are http://www.manifoldwarehouse.com that carry HGE manifolds, risers and riser elbows, http://www.dougrussell.com have "Mercruiser Replacement Exhaust Kit" no blocks included there. In both places price for the whole set would be around $600.

So my question: what would you recommend, are there other places to buy those parts? I'd prefer to get parts by next weekend so I can install them.

Thanks,
Anton

Fisheries Supply would probably have the best prices. What brand did you put on yours Bob? They seemed to be a good quality. We're those Barrs?

I purchased my manifolds and risors from a manifold/risor shop in Tacoma. I forget the name of the outfit, but it is located a short distance from the Narrows Bridge. Great service and prices. I had to pick them up on a Saturday and even though they were closed, the salesman met me at the shop.

You are looking for J&M manifolds, I think that is the name. They are an offshoot of a muffler shop. It's a blue building close to the Post Office on 27th in University Place headed towards Fircrest. They are great people, very helpful.

Also... you can join their "Captains Club" for $10 a year, and get a percentage off everything you buy. You'll probably save on your first purchase... and ya know you're gonna :)
