We had a pretty good one going at Bowman Bay 3 years ago. There were a handful of folks waiting in there for me as I finally got off work that day. It was cool coming around the corner and seeing all of you guys tied together there.

On the other side of the Island just outside Cap Sante there is a great fireworks show. there are several boats that drop the hook out there. It's a pretty good anchorage too.

We are trying to figure out what we are doing that weekend. Have to attend a shower for the little guy in my profile during lunch on the 2nd but we plan on going somewhere afterwords for the weekend.
How long from Everett to Friday Harbor going say 14kts? Our boat will cruise ~20 but friends only 13-14.

Coming back from Swantown last weekend we had an impromptu raft with a 49' Grand Banks 2 32' Bayliner's and a 26' Sea Ray. We drifted from McNeil to Fox Island then the Grand Banks left and 2 45' Bayliners joined us for a while. Was the most fun all weekend.
Chris.

Sean about 4 and half hours if going through Deception Pass, a littlie longer going through La Conner (Swinomish Channel).
La Conner is a nice trip but its a no wake zone for quite awhile!
