Laundry and fish and chips in town for lunch, pork roast in the crockpot, cocoa with rum and schnops, intermittant downpours are making this a lazy day.
I've been fighting off a nap. Not sure why.

Since you're into cocoa, try it with butterscotch shnapps and baileys....its sweet, but tasty.

I'm thinking about that pork roast in the crock pot myself. I bought a book last season in Gig Harbor that had to do with crock pot cooking and recipes with no more then 4 ingredients. I got to get that on the boat since the colder weather is not far off.

I have a killer pulled pork/crockpot recipe. Not very Oktoberfest-ive but it does go well with beer so I may have to do it at the Poulsbo potluck any way.

this one had three: spiced pork roast, onions half way through, and zucchini for the last hour. Mashers, and soft biscuits rounded out the plate.
It's going to be a nice day today.

Todd, we are still at Friday Harbor. We've moved twice for a change of scenery. :)
Haven't found a compelling reason to leave yet.
