Never thought it would happen to me...
Credit card has a charge on it from HealthSaver... a scam service that feeds off of negative option to be able to be charged a semi annual charge that varies by the "client". They are trying to scam me out of $99.99 semi annual for no service... Good thing I saw the junk mail and the option out language. This can happen to anyone that uses a credit card and rents a car, buys airline tickets, etc. Discovery card is famous for it by not allowing you to cancel the recurring charges since the company says you authorized them... Any visa will do also... Anytime you sign a document when renting a car or use a billing service, make sure you not allow third party "participation"...
It will take a while and even if you cancel your card(s), you are still subject to paying the charges unless you opt out by calling them directly...
Another way they "get you" is when you buy something at a Boat or home show... so watch your backs...
