that's one reason I think the helmet law is not necessary. For those of us that use a helmet, we will propagate. Those that do not wear one will eventually NOT propagate... at least that is my theory.

I can think of one kid off hand that was a neighbor some years ago that I could have put in a trunk myself. I called him the neighbor hood Nazi.
i always thought this was going to be some weirdo i would read about one day, so far I have not but I am waiting for it.

It always just stuns me when I read a article or here a story like this one, basic common sense, kinda makes you wonder what else she has done to the kids :evil:
