I am staying at Bell Harbor tomorrow through Monday hitting the Elliott Bay fishery. Mariners Sunday afternoon....then back at it.

Anyone doin' it ?

Spud, at the end of the pier under Anthony's is the indian crab guy. He'll sell you any crab for $5. (Nice sizes) You can buy them, borrow a split pail from him to keep them in until you leave and drop the pail off before you head out.

I'm going fishing off of Montauk Point while out here on Long Island NY...

fluke, stripe bass and blues are in. Last time I was out there, I caught a nice size thresher shark... he was around 500 lbs and about 8.5-9 feet long. Frickn tail was almost as big as him. BTW, I was not fishing for thresher... I was fishing for tuna... go figure...

Eliott was slow yesterday. Saw one small BM caught. Going to keep
at it through the weekend.

I have a "thing" against buying Tribal crabs and salmon...............

Put in about 12 hours of trolling Elliott over the weekend. One shaker.
Great weather and the Mariner game was a blast. Bell Harbor has major reservation problems. Wouldn't stay there again. Story too long to tell, but from Friday to Sunday, I was moved and squeezed 5 times.
