Hey everyone, just wanted to report I have been using this most of the summer and it is AWESOME!
Even at pump-out its virtually odor free and looks like water.... no luggage going past the view tube (you know what I mean).

Learned about this stuff a few weeks ago and have been using it to see if it will get rid of the sludge in my holding tank as advertised. Not sure about that yet but the Oder is all but gone. Jury is still out on the sludge.

I'm interested to see how it works out for the same reason. A set and forget solution for sludge would be great, and odor control would be an added benefit. Let us know.

Some of these odor eaters actually desensitize your olfactory nerves and even though it still stinks, you don't know it...
the beauty of marketing...
However, if it does remove the sludge, I'm "all over it"... ;}

Looks like they carry at the Marine Sanitation joint next to Fisheries. I'll give it a try. Thanks, Dean

Yep, talking to the new owner is where I learned about it. A friend of mine has used it in his much newer boat and says the tank is clean again. Of course his tank is a poly tank and he can see through it. Mine is fiberglass and is buried under the genset so I have to really work at seeing it. Decided I would take a look after going through the first bottle.

I'm really shocked at difference just using freshwater only to flush has made. The 2859 is a saltwater flush system, and the CHB is a pure freshwater vacuflush system. It's a huge difference. Had I known, I would've installed a separate freshwater tank on the 2859 for the head. Really makes a difference and I think it that the enzymes and bacteria can flourish in there much better in fresh.
