Boating Licence

When the kids all headed off to Olimpia in January to vote in new taxes, there was talk of a licence to opperate a boat. Did they pass this when I was not looking or did they give up on it or are they going to pass it on the last day? Without giving us time to say anything.

Fred, as far as I know it is not a requirement as of yet. I'm sure it will be something we will see at the polls and a bunch of non- boat owners will get the same right to vote as we do!
I'm sure they will think it's is a great idea!
