Thought I would mention there is another alternative to paying for the Zodiac name: Baltik. Finally gave up on the used zodiac i purchased this spring, it left the boat saturday in the back of a subaru with money in my pocket. Just before Labor Day the Admiral gave me the ok to order a new inflatable. There is a company off ebay, Randy sent name and has one too, and their boats are priced nicely. I picked up a new 8'6" inflatable floor, 10hp rated with shipping for $680. There is a picture of it in my gallery. I will say the only thing we don't like about it is the 'Baltik' name plate in annoying yellow on sides and bow. They are coming off before the boat fades.
Maybe this will help those who are looking.

I have never seen such a great price on inflatables! I read up on them and they seem as good as the name brands... Not sure what the material really is made of but I like the bottom insert and the idea of an inflatable keel if I read that right...
Did you already receive the dingy? Is it what they advertised?

It is exactly as advertised! Our friend has a maxxon inflatable floor and he is envious of the backer board ours has. No hump from the keel. All i have left to do is install the davit pad and the swivel mount for motor and we are set.

I purchased the 7.5' model in June. It doesn't have the yellow decals. It is made of PVC. I use a 3.5 hp Nissan on it and it does just fine. I used it on our two trips to Puget Sound this past summer and I'm very pleased with it. It's going to be a long time until crab season next summer. :(

Pretty decent prices. If they're built half way decent, they look like quite the bargain.
