Haulin' 'glas...

We took Ed's boat for a ride today. It spent the winter at my house and we replaced the heads with a nearly new set from Hardin Marine from a 460 jet boat, a new Holley marine carb and an Edelbrock Performer intake. Boat hit 5k WOT on the way to Gig Harbor. It wouldn't hit past 4400 before. No lag getting on plane now, full fuel and 4 adults. It used to nose up and just kind sit there, not now !! Water from Thea Foss to Gig was flat both ways, The Tides had tons-o-dock space. No rain until we tied back up in Tacoma! Boat ride, flat water, good lunch, drinks and friends,,,that's what it's all about!!!

I was wonderin' what ever happened to them. Haven't seen or heard from them in awhile. Glad he got that all worked out. A little "magic" touch there huh?

Gene sounds like ya did it up nice.

Tell Ed we wish him a safe and troublefree boating season this year, Im sure he feels that he deserves it after all the trouble he has had over the last few seasons.
