oh boy, 7 days a week- that will make it hard for me to mess up and get it wrong this way. Like I did this past summer.

Darn it, sure wish we could make another crabbing trip to the wetside this year.

I went salmon fishing today on the Columbia at Hanford. My cousin caught a 15# hen and his son caught a jack. My cousin and I each snagged a small (2'-2 1/2') sturgeon. We released them unharmed. Fishing was very slow because the pool's water level was extremely high in the AM. By 1600 hrs, the pool was down about 3 feet. Had a couple good hits but not takes.

Went for crab last Thursday in area 10... I worked the shores just around the corner from Golden Gardens. Lots of huge females, we did manage 7 really nice males (2 over 7 1/2"). Anybody else do any good?

I was in the Fife WM store on Sunday and seen them advertising that crab was now open also. They were trying to sell more gear

It's open for most areas in the Sound, I know that 8-1 & 8-2 are NOT open.... they've already reached the quota. Here is the link, we wouldn't want to crab illegally!!
